Honoring Our House Cleaning Service Franchisees
This is the impetus behind our Franchisee Awards. Our dedication to our customers is our priority. We take measures to ensure that our customers feel cared for and that they have confidence and peace of mind in choosing our maid service. Our awards for exemplary franchisees are designed to demonstrate this shared commitment across our locations.
Our franchisee awards include the following:
Franchise of the Year:
Each year, The Cleaning Authority awards one franchisee, in business for at least two years, the distinction of Franchisee of the Year. This award highlights franchisees who excel in promoting and building their business, realize customer growth year over year, and inspire and motivate their fellow franchisees.
Rookie of the Year:
Awarded based on how quickly a new franchisee grows and sustains their business, Rookie of the Year is given annually to a franchise that has been in business between one and two years.
Resale of the Year:
Awarded based on how quickly a new franchisee grows and sustains their business, Resale of the Year is given annually to a franchise that has been in business between one and two years and was previously operating under different ownership.
Based on initial opening performance, the Rising Star Award is awarded to the franchisee with the best start up (26 weeks) as measured across key performance indicators such as customer retention, service quality and customer acquisition.
Mark of Excellence:
The Mark of Excellence award is given in recognition of exceptional customer retention to any franchisee in business over a year with more than 250 customers.
Each year, Top Performer awards are given to franchisees who dominate their local market as measured by key performance indicators such as market dominance and customer quality.
The Cleaning Authority CARES
The Cleaning Authority has joined the fight against hunger through The Cleaning Authority CARES. Helping to provide food is a fundamental component of taking care of others. The Cleaning Authority CARES runs food drive campaigns throughout the year where we collect specific foods addressing a seasonal need. The Cleaning Authority created two awards to honor franchisee’s and their offices hard work towards this cause.
The Cleaning Authority CARES Highest Volume of Food Collected:
Awarded to the office that collects the most pounds of food during the previous calendar year’s food drives.
The Cleaning Authority CARES Top Customer Participation:
Awarded to the office with the highest level of customer participation during the previous calendar year’s food drives.
