Mom’s Fluffy Pancakes

My absolute favorite meal of the day is breakfast. In fact, one of my favorite dinner meals is “breakfast for dinner.” So it should come as no surprise that I find it important to have delicious and fluffy pancakes on the menu. This easy recipe is yummy and even better with fresh fruit on top!

Mix Together In Bowl 1:
1 Cup Flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Mix Together In Bowl 2:
1 Egg
1 Cup Buttermilk (Whole Buttermilk Preferred)
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Then, Mix both bowls together.

[Makes 10 little pancakes. Recommended to double recipe.] Enjoy!
