A little bit of history about us…

In 2007, Janice and Terry DeLap purchased the existing Cleaning Authority located in Broadview Heights. In 2008, we had outgrown the facility in Broadview Heights and moved to a York Road location in North Royalton. Then, in 2011, we outgrew that facility and moved to our current location on Royalwood Road. While we are often identified as the Broadview Heights location, we have been located in North Royalton for the past 6 years and are now in a building that will allow for their continued growth. So, yes, The Cleaning Authority of Broadview Heights and The Cleaning Authority of North Royalton are the same!

We are proud members of both the North Royalton and Broadview Heights Chamber of Commerce and support the North Royalton High School Athletic and Band Boosters. In addition, they support The Cleaning for Heroes program which provides cleaning services for military families in need. Annually, their office asks for help from their clients and local businesses for monetary and non-perishable food donations.

Over the years, our collection partners have included the Moen Corporation, FirstMerit Bank, Airport Infiniti & Acura, Collection Nissan in Middleburg Heights, Broadview Eye Center, Mark “Munch” Bishop at ESPN 850, Chase Bank in Seven Hills, Royalton Music Center, and the Custom Color & Collision Center to name a few. Items collected have been distributed to the Cleveland Food Bank, St. Augustine’s Hunger Center and the food banks in Broadview Heights, Strongsville, and North Royalton.
