About Our Team

The Cleaning Authority of Heath is a more than just a hardworking team. Each and every one of the professional house cleaners, managers, quality inspectors and estimators on staff is like family. Some are actual family! Rhonda’s Sister has worked in the office all 14 yrs. they’ve been in business, and her Mother worked there in the early years, helping out tremendously as well. Both of the Bryner’s sons have also worked for The Cleaning Authority of Heath as cleaners, office staff & quality inspector.

In 2010, Michelle Dowell, the current team manager, was awarded the National Employee of the Year award from The Cleaning Authority corporate operations team. This is a huge accomplishment and speaks highly of the quality of employees owners Bryan and Rhonda Bryner have both attracted to and developed within their organization over the last 14 years.

To date, The Cleaning Authority of Heath has been awarded the Corporate Franchise Mark of Excellence award seven consecutive years for outstanding quality and customer service, has maintained an A+ rating with the BBB, and is very highly rated with Angie’s List. None of this would be possible without the strong team in place.

May’s Spotlight Employee & Rising Star Award winner

Becky Morlen has been with The Cleaning Authority over a year! She is the bench mark this company wants ALL our employees to aspire to. Becky takes care of 40+ customers on her team, but is always willing to help out her fellow co-workers. She always has a smile on her face, & is ready to jump in to help in whatever way she can. Employees like her are the key to our success!

When Becky is not working, she is at home taking care of her family. She is very busy with Daniel, as well as her children, step children (Aaron, Austin, Michael, & Hannah) & her 8 month old Grandson (Colton). She also loves gardening, and horses.

Becky, we are glad you chose The Cleaning Authority as your work family! We feel blessed to have spent the last year getting to know you & hope to continue for many years to come! Congratulations, this is a well-deserved award!

Employee of the Year Ashley Lybarger

Ashley came into the company like a breath of fresh air as a referral from 2 of our employees. We looked at a variety of things in making our choice for Employee of the Year.

The Employee of the Year is a well-rounded individual that excels in what they do! They must have great attendance; have a positive attitude towards their customers, co-workers & the company. They must be flexible and able to handle whatever task/s are assigned to them. They need to uphold the principles and values of the company.

We noticed that since the time Ashley joined The Cleaning Authority-Heath she displayed great enthusiasm to learn and grow professionally. We want to show our appreciation for her excellent performance. We wanted her to know that because of her hard work, the company has increased in size this year. Her enthusiasm and interest to work in the company have made a huge impact to our success. The way she performed throughout the last year shows her hard work, sincerity, perseverance and diligence. We have taken note of and appreciate her high level proficiency in handling the tasks assigned, & her strive for perfection. We want to extend best wishes for further achievements. Employee of the Year for Quality - Jessie Miracle

Jessie has been a part of The Cleaning Authority-Heath for 3 ½ years. She has been an invaluable employee who is greatly appreciated by the company!

The Employee of the Year for Quality takes pride & dedication in their job. As with any job in the service industry, providing our customers with excellent service is a must!

During Jessie’s time with the company, she has always been a hard worker who provides excellent service to her customers. The way she performed throughout the last year exemplifies that! We wanted her to know that because of her hard work, the company has increased in size this year. Her quality performance is the yard-stick with which every employee should measure their performance. Her hard work & dedication to her customers has been noticed & appreciated.

Employee of the Year for Attendance - Michelle Bonner AND Liz Reitzer

Normally, this award would go to one employee of the company. However, this year it will be shared by BOTH team members of Team #5. Michelle has been a part of The Cleaning Authority-Heath for 2 years, and Liz the past 1 ½ years. They hit it off from the moment they were partnered up. They are an integral part of our company. Michelle as Team Lead, Liz as a Trainer.

The Employee of the Year for Attendance takes someone that no matter what is going on in their life, they put one foot in front of the other and come to work!

Rain or shine, hot or cold, Michelle & Liz are here! Both have shown a great balancing act between work & home. The dedication to their customers, their co-workers, & the company has been noticed, as well as appreciated. We want them to know that because of their dedication to being here every day, the company has increased in size this year.
