The Spokane office of The Cleaning Authority has been open since 2003 and is currently serving approximately 850 customers in the greater Spokane area. Mark and his wife, Sue, are both Spokane natives who attended WSU and UW. Our two boys, also Spokane natives, attended Lewis and Clark High School and graduated from the University of Washington.

Our goal for each and every customer we serve is to provide the best quality clean with excellent and unmatched customer service. Our total quality approach to the daily operations makes us the benchmark in the residential cleaning business. Each team member of our cleaning staff attends a Certified Professional Housecleaner (CPH) course. This course is extremely rigorous. Each employee must attend 12 lessons and pass each lesson test twice with a 100%. Then each must pass a final exam and two random in-home inspections.
