Easy (No Bake) Pumpkin Patch Cookies

Easy (No Bake) Pumpkin Patch Cookies

Make quick and easy NO BAKE Fall treats! These treats are made with delicious Mellowcreme pumpkins and easy enough for the kids to help too! The supplies you will need include:

1 – Box of Fudge Graham Cookies
1 – Bag of Mellowcreme Pumpkins
2 – Bags of Green, vanilla flavored Candy Melts
1 – Small writing icing tip
1 – Small leaf icing tip
1 – Icing dispenser (disposable bag or bottle)

Now, let’s get started!

Lay out your fudge graham cookies on the plate/platter.

Follow the instructions to heat up the candy melts and add it to your icing dispenser using the writing tip first. Then, place a small amount of icing in the middle of each cookie and place a pumpkin on it before it hardens.

With the same icing dispenser and writing tip, create vines that start from the top of the pumpkin and squiggle down to each corner. Feel free to add additional squiggles as desired. Don’t worry about them looking pretty yet, the leaves you add in the next step will take care of that.

Change the tip of your icing dispenser to the leaf tip. Add two leaves on the top of each pumpkin (one bigger than the other). Then add additional leaves along the vines and on the base of the cookie as desired. Once the icing has hardened, you can easily cover them or transfer them as needed without the design being messed up. It’s that easy!

What other Halloween treats can you think of that use mellow pumpkins as an ingredient? We want to hear from you!
