If you’re planning on making a ham for Easter dinner or lunch, I
highly recommend you include this easy-to-make, DELICIOUS, Pineapple Stuffing.
The sweetness of the stuffing paired with the salty ham makes it an Easter
meal everyone will enjoy. Even if you’re not having ham, this is
a recipe you’re going to want to try!
To make pineapple stuffing, the ingredients are simple and you probably
already have most of them. Before you begin, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Then, mix together 1/2 cup of softened butter and 1 cup of granulated
sugar. Next, add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and four eggs into the mixture,
and beat until it’s fluffy. Lastly, fold in one (20 oz.) can of
crushed pineapple and seven slices of cubed bread so they are evenly distributed
throughout the mixture.
Now pour it into a greased 9×9 casserole dish and bake it for 45
minutes. Serves 4-6. Double the recipe for more servings.
And enjoy!
