Celebrate Summer's Last Hurrah

Celebrate Summer's Last Hurrah

Even if it’s been weeks since the kids went back to school, Labor Day Weekend can give you a nice little taste of those summer days that were gone too soon. Use the long weekend as a final hurrah for the summer time and pretend like summer hasn’t already ended!

Take a Mini-Vacation:
You don’t have to go far to get away. Drive to the closest beach, amusement park, mountains, or anywhere else fun nearby!

Ice Cream Sundae Bar:
Ice cream is a favorite summer treat. Let the kids enjoy it one more time… and in style! Purchase a few flavors of ice cream and all the fixings so they can make their own sundae creations.

Go Shopping:
Many local stores will do sales this weekend. If your kids love to shop, take them out to the mall or their other favorite stores for a fun day.

Scrapbook:
Print pictures from all of your summer fun over the last three months and put them together in a scrapbook. Get the creative juices flowing while making the book, and reminisce on all the great times you’ve had this summer.

Movie Marathon:
Weather not cooperating for a fun weekend outdoors? Break out your favorite movies or boot up a streaming service, and get the popcorn and candy out. Enjoy some time with family relaxing and watching your favorite movies!

As the easy days of summer come to an end, you may find your schedules picking up, leaving things like cleaning the house to the way side. Let us help! Visit The Cleaning Authority today for a free estimate.
