How Do Cleaning Companies Charge?

When considering hiring a Professional Housecleaning company, it’s important to understand how they determine how much you’ll be paying to have your home cleaned.

At The Cleaning Authority, we understand that every home and family are different. That is why we personally price out every house we clean. This ensures you are getting all of our great services for the price that makes most sense in your home.

The first step in determining the price of your home is by completing an online estimate. At this time, you will receive a price range of what recurring housecleaning will cost in your home, based on the following items:

Do you live in a single family, townhome, apartment, or condo?

It is important to know the type of home we’ll be cleaning to determine the cost. We will also ask for an estimate of the size of your home to understand how much space needs to be cleaned.

How many rooms do you have in your home?

Knowing the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home, as well as any additional rooms like an office or basement, will further help us understand what needs to be cleaned and the time it may take for a job well done.

The next step after an online estimate is to schedule an in-home estimate with a representative from The Cleaning Authority location in your area. Having someone in your home before determining the cost is important, as it ensures they are properly pricing based on your specific needs.

During the in-home estimate, a member of The Cleaning Authority will go over our Detail-Clean Rotation System with you so you know what to expect. Then, they will walk through your home to see each room they will be cleaning. Once completed, all that’s left to do is schedule your first clean!

Why wait any longer! You can start the process of getting your home cleaned by The Cleaning Authority by completing your online estimate today.
