“I am very pleased with TCA. Rick, Johan, Nancy and all others I have interacted with are great. Nancy and her teammate (generally Valerie or Justina) are friendly and very thorough in their cleaning. The rotation system works well. It is efficient and serves as an ongoing deep cleaning. I like having a minimum of two people cleaning as it allows them to clean in a timely manner. I have used other services and TCA - Hilton Head is far superior. “I am happy to recommend TCA. The first 45 years of married life, I cleaned my own home, even while working and raising family. Now, the knees and back no longer appreciate the twisting and bending. Two years ago, I briefly used the services of Housekeeping Services of Hilton Head, who actually managed to leave the house worse after their "cleaning" than before. This past February, I hired Merry Maids. I had continuous problems with our cleaner skipping tasks ~ even when her work order specified doing them, after my bringing the problems to the attention of the MM office. Figuring I’d try once more, I consulted Home Advisor and Thumbtack, finding The Cleaning Authority (with whom I was unfamiliar.) It was such a relief to hear Rick Barton agree that my expectations were not unreasonable, indeed normally covered areas for TCA. The price was also great improvement over both former services. We have had our two “initial cleans” and one regular cleaning, all most thorough. Those doing the work, including co-owner Johanna Barton, take pride in their excellent attention and it shows.” - A.
