Nail Polish Is The New Design Tool
As attached as I am to all of my technology devices, I am still drawn to writing down ideas and plans using the classic paper and pen. Usually my writing is a continuation of my thoughts, which don’t always come out in the form best understood by the general public, but the simple act of writing versus typing, gives me the ability to better focus on my points and purpose.
Ever since High school I discovered the best photo albums, scrap books, and other important notes are kept in a notebook that is spiral bound (pages turn easily) and with a hard cover (more durable). These type of notebooks are not uncommon, but are typically black and boring to say the least. So where does the nail polish come into play? In all my life I have never finished a bottle of nail polish, ever. But that doesn’t stop me from buying more! Now you have another use for all those pretty colors of nail polish so they don’t go to waste. You can do something simple, like making square shapes and alternating each with a different color, or you can make more it more personal with a favorite quote or other inspiring words.
