Mike and Michelle bring a combined 30 years of experience in business development and financial solutions to their new roles with The Cleaning Authority. “In our professional lives, we both have a great deal of experience in business leadership positions that will help us be successful with The Cleaning Authority,” Michelle said.
Michelle will be able to develop quick pricing analysis and identify areas of investment and opportunities for sales growth given her 15 years of experience in financial operations. Mike has more than 15 years of experience in business development within the financial services industry and he knows how to drive territory expansion and capture new markets while achieving sustainable, profitable growth.
The idea of owning a residential cleaning business stood out to Mike and Michelle from the beginning. The couple was drawn to The Cleaning Authority because of the customer service involved. “We want to treat our employees and customers with respect, and our business leadership backgrounds and personalities should allow us to do that,” Mike said. “Also, our life goals aligned well with The Cleaning Authority’s structure. We wanted to do something together that gave us some free time to spend with our young kids.
