Rising Star Matt Pack shares why he chose to own a cleaning company and how it has shaped his future.
At the end of 2016, this family operation located in Schertz, TX opened The Cleaning Authority. In their first two years, they have won the Rising Star and Rookie of the Year awards. In their first full year, they grew to 286 customers with just over $440,000 in revenue. In 2018, the growth continued and by the end of the 4th quarter, they had increased revenue 100% to $881,000.
The Pack family has called the Schertz area home for almost 20 years. Matt and his father were looking to make a change in their corporate careers. They began to search for a business of their own through a franchise consultant when they learned about TCA. Once recommended, their first comment for the consultant was, "Why would we want to own a cleaning franchise?" It was after researching TCA's incredible business model and through the validation with other owners that convinced them this was the future.
The Schertz office has really pushed the TCA CARES program on the local level through the bi-annual food drives. They have fun with the event by trying to make each food drive competition among the teams and to exceed last year’s numbers.
