Veterans Incentives from The Cleaning Authority

We’re proud members of the International Franchise Association (“IFA”) and participate in the IFA’s VetFran® Program. With VetFran, we reduce the total of the Franchise Fee and Territory Fee by 30% for all honorably discharged veterans of American and Canadian armed forces. This discount is for the first franchise only.

Diversification Discount for Women & Minorities

We’re proud members of the International Franchise Association's (“IFA”) DiversityFran® Program, which provides a reduced franchise fee of $5,000 for minority owned and women-owned businesses. To qualify for the Diversity Discount, the franchised business must be at least 51% owned by a woman or minority. Discounts may not be combined. This discount is for the first franchise only.

Our ability to offer flexible franchising opportunities allows our business model to be accessible to franchisees from various professional and financial backgrounds.

Hometown Market**

Our newest option allows franchisees to invest in a smaller market of prospective clients. The average size of this market is typically between 15,000 and 29,000 homes. The ability to focus on a smaller market provides owners more flexibility than larger metropolitan areas. This option requires a more minimal investment and is great for new entrepreneurs.

The general size of these markets is between 30,000 and 60,000 households and they are often located in or on the outskirts of major metropolitan areas. Though they require a larger initial investment, they also provide a larger opportunity.
