The Spokane office of The Cleaning Authority has been serving homes throughout the greater Spokane area since 2003. Over more than two decades, the office has grown to serve 700+ homeowners, supported by a dedicated team of cleaning professionals and managers who live and work in the community.

In 2020, Shannon and Adam Oakley took over The Cleaning Authority – Spokane, beginning the next chapter of an already well-established local business. Since then, Shannon and Adam have continued to grow the business while remaining focused on its employees, customers, and the Spokane community.

For Shannon and Adam, Spokane is home. Their family has deep roots in the community, including long-standing connections to the local school district and years of involvement with area schools, students, families, and community organizations.

The Spokane office remains focused on what has made it successful for more than 20 years: providing consistent, high-quality home cleaning, supporting a strong local workforce, and building lasting relationships with customers. That commitment extends beyond the homes we clean through support of local schools, nonprofit organizations, community events, and families in need.
