A Customer Letter From the Heart

A Customer Letter From the Heart

To The Cleaning Authority of Spokane, WA Owners and Staff:

Hello! I hope you had a wonderful 4th of July! I wanted to email you because my daughter just recently hit her 1 year remission from cancer date (yay!!!) which made me realize that it has been that long that we have been blessed with the fabulous cleaning services provided by your company!!! And, I know that after this amount of time (of which we will forever be grateful and truly no words can express how thankful we are for all you have done for us!!!) that there are other families who need the cleaning services now. And we are at the point in our lives where we have things pulled back together so we really don't need it anymore. It is a great place to be (to not need help in the midst of crisis) but sad too because we love the people who we have got to know through your company! :):):) But I just had a friend who's son's cancer came back for the 2nd time and I know that there are so many people (like them) who need help.

So I wanted to say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for helping my family out during an amazingly difficult time. I will keep you updated on my daughter as her progress and recovery is a testimonial to the power of community and people pulling together. If there is ever anything I can do for you to help spread the word about what a fabulous company you are, let me know. I already talk you up a ton already!!!

Thank you for having a big heart and reaching out to help us when we needed it. You (and your staff) rocks! :) Kristi A.
