A Note to Our Customers
You are at the center of everything we do at The Cleaning Authority. Your satisfaction with your home, and the service we provide, is our driving force and how we measure our success. While the coronavirus landscape changes daily, and affects all of us in different ways across the country, you remain the core of our business.
We wanted to take some time to clearly communicate exactly what you can expect from The Cleaning Authority in the coming weeks.
Most importantly, we are still here for you. While working in your home, our Professional Housecleaners will routinely clean and sanitize all frequently touched surfaces, such as counter tops, door knobs, light switches, and faucets. As always, we will clean using our products, unless you wish to provide different ones at your home.
We are telling our Professional Housecleaners to stay home if they are sick. In addition, we are also enforcing all procedures from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding our employees.
Our expectation from you, our customer, is that you inform us immediately if someone in your home becomes sick. If you feel you need to temporarily suspend service due to illness, please let us know and rest assured that we will welcome you back when you are ready.
Our Professional Housecleaners are fully trained and prepared to maintain your home using our Detail-Clean Rotation System. We recommend you maintain your normal schedule unless someone in your home is sick.
We want to thank you for letting us be a part of your home. We know it is central to your life and your family. It is such an important part of who you are, and please know we take that responsibility to heart. Rest assured we are still in business while proceeding with an abundance of caution and care to help keep you, your family, and your home a peaceful place during these challenging times.
