Melissa and Mike Rose are proud Texas natives with deep roots in the region.

Melissa was born and raised locally, earned her master’s degree from TAMU-CT (Tarleton), and began her career as a teacher and counselor in Killeen ISD. She later transitioned into workforce development and talent solutions, consulting with organizations ranging from innovative start-ups to global enterprises. With a strong background in building teams, developing workforce strategies, and fostering meaningful connections, Melissa now brings that same expertise and dedication to leading The Cleaning Authority Central Texas. She is passionate about creating jobs, supporting families, and giving back to the communities she knows and loves.

Mike has built his career in technology, leading complex engineering projects and high-performing teams. At The Cleaning Authority, his role may be more behind the scenes, but it is just as critical, overseeing business operations, technology, and strategic planning to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Together, Melissa and Mike bring a balance of creativity, precision, and care to the business with a shared vision of creating lasting jobs and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proud parents of two energetic boys, Dax and Miles, and two rescue pups, Josey and Chevy, they know firsthand the value of a clean home and are thrilled to serve their neighbors, friends, and families across Central Texas with reliable, high-quality home cleaning services.
