Owner Jo Ann Barnes decided to begin a new venture with The Cleaning Authority after she built a longtime career in banking and small business ownership. She spent 22 years working for HSBC, then several years growing a small business with her husband.

After deciding it was time to pursue her own business opportunities, Jo Ann reviewed numerous franchises before settling on The Cleaning Authority. She realized that house cleaning is something everyone needs and can truly benefit the community.

Jo Ann is the proud mother of two children, a 12-year-old daughter and an 8-year-old son.
