About the Author: Katie 

Katie is the Brand President for The Cleaning Authority. She began her professional career in Human Resources, working in the field from 2005 to 2009. That year, she left corporate America to join her mother-in-law full-time in operating two The Cleaning Authority franchises in Mount Airy, MD, and Frederick, MD.

After seven successful years as a franchisee, she was invited to join the corporate team in 2016 as an Operations Project Manager. Since then, she has worn many hats within the operations department – serving as Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President, and now Brand President. In addition to her current role, she is also a partner in The Cleaning Authority of Harrisburg, PA.

While she is honored to lead The Cleaning Authority, her favorite title by far is “Mom” to Carson and Jackson. When she’s not cheering from the sidelines at her son’s games, you’ll likely find her on the golf course or in the “box” (the CrossFit box that is!).
